Hi. I'm Kandice-Lee, and I'm fired-up about food.

My passion is helping you discover the ease and joy of planning and prepping your meals.

I believe that meal planning and prep means saying yes to self care, yes to clean eating, and yes to a deeper connection to our bodies, our families, and our communities.

When I started my meal planning and prepping journey, I had lived with the ups and downs of chronic migraines for most of my life.

As the years went by the migraines continued to the point where I didn’t know what it was like to not be in pain. I was exhausted all the time and tired of dealing with weight issues. This took me on a downward spiral of being anti-social and just plain mad at the world.

I was constantly struggling with noise of everyone’s advice and how it all had to do with my weight. I truly wanted to be happy with who I was and enjoy my life!

So, I set out to find a better way. What I discovered was that the food you eat is the most important part of your life.

I learned that eating whole, nutritious food will not only nourish your body, but your mind and soul as well!

The better I ate, the better I felt inside and out. It is not about being thin or fat, it is about loving yourself for who you are at that moment.

Now that I know the difference that meal planning and prep can make to your life, I can’t help but share it. I developed my meal planning subscription to help you manage your food in a way that fits your life AND your budget.
